The owner registers the luggage tag in the ClaimyApp and enters their contact data.
2.
The SmartCard can be attached not only to suitcases but also to laptop bags, backpacks, or other personal items.
3.
If the luggage is lost and later found, the finder simply scans the tag via NFC or QR code and is directed to the secure ClaimTagg website (no app required + GDPR-compliant).
4.
The owner's contact details only become visible once they mark their luggage as "lost."

How does that look like?

If the owner has not reported the luggage as lost, this message appears after scanning.
Data protection for all customer information.
Once the owner marks the luggage as lost, their chosen contact details are unlocked for the finder.
This allows both parties to chat, and the luggage can make its way back home.
