These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website claimtagg.com and the purchase of ClaimTagg products and services provided by Tagger Tech AG (hereinafter "we", "us", "ClaimTagg").
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all orders, reservations and contractual relationships between Tagger Tech AG, Zugerstrasse 8a, 6340 Baar, Switzerland, and the customer. Deviating terms are only recognized with our express written consent.
2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a binding offer. By placing an order, you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded once we confirm the order by email or ship the goods.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) including statutory VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately. Payment is processed via the methods offered during checkout.
4. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address you provide. Delivery times are non-binding estimates. For ClaimyBox reservations, the expected delivery time is communicated separately.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
You may return unused, unopened products within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective. Personalized products are excluded from the right of return.
6. Warranty
Statutory warranty periods apply. In case of defects, please contact us at info@taggertech.com. We reserve the right to repair, replacement or refund.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of material contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.
8. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Details can be found on the Privacy page.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland, where legally permissible.
