- 1The owner registers the luggage tag in the ClaimyApp and stores their contact details.
- 2The ClaimyCard can be attached not only to suitcases, but also to laptop bags, backpacks or other personal items.
- 3If the luggage is lost and later found, the finder simply scans the tag via NFC or QR code and reaches the secure ClaimTagg website (no app needed + GDPR compliant).
- 4The owner's contact details are only visible when they mark their luggage as "lost".
What does it look like?
If the owner has not lost the item, the following message appears when scanning.
Data protection for all customer data.
If the owner reports the suitcase as lost, the contact details they selected are unlocked for the finder.
Now the two can chat and the suitcase finds its way back.

Why every card is worth its price
Unlike standard promotional gifts, every ClaimyCard is an individually produced one-of-a-kind item. Each card contains:
- •Unique UUID – every card carries a globally unique identifier
- •Individual QR code – generated and printed individually for each card
- •NFC chip programmed individually – each chip is written with the matching UUID
- •Database entry & activation logic – every card is registered in the system and ready to use
This per-unit personalisation significantly increases production costs compared to a mass-produced item – in exchange you get a high-quality, functional product with real added value for the recipient.
